摘要
简述了目前重金属的检测、分类和处理方法,基于BCR逐级提取法的形态分类,重点总结热解温度、热解时间、加热速率、添加剂和原料性质等热解条件对污泥中重金属形态分布以及富存情况的影响。并明确了热解处理污泥过程中,重金属的固化行为和迁移机理是今后重要的研究方向,以期为未来热解处理污泥过程中重金属的污染控制、污泥资源化利用提供一定的理论依据与技术支持。
The current detection,classification and treatment methods of heavy metals was described.Based on the morphological classification of BCR step-by-step extraction method,it mainly summarizes the effects of pyrolysis conditions such as pyrolysis temperature,pyrolysis time,heating rate,additives and raw material properties on the morphological distribution and enrichment of heavy metals in sludge.It is clear that the solidification behavior and migration mechanism of heavy metals in the process of pyrolysis sludge are important research directions in the future,in order to provide some theoretical basis and technical support for the pollution control of heavy metals and the resource utilization of sludge in the process of pyrolysis sludge in the future.
