摘要
沟通能力是大学生就业能力的重要组成部分。国内高校培养学生沟通能力的途径,主要是开设沟通礼仪类课程、举办演讲辩论等学生活动,或是在就业创业方面进行相关辅导,而很少将之系统贯彻到课堂教学、社团活动以及班级日常管理等环节中。当前用人单位对学生沟通能力要求逐渐提高,因此高校更应当注重学生沟通能力的培养。首先,应当切实采取措施提升教师课堂沟通能力、改变教学方式,引导学生通过课堂教学中的主动思考、质疑和辩论来提升其沟通能力。其次,要加强社团管理和活动举办,让学生在多元化的社团事务处理和社团活动中强化其沟通能力。再次,管理者应当深入班级和宿舍管理,引导学生通过主动沟通、有技巧有水平地处理日常事务。由此通过系统化的策略和措施,提升大学生沟通能力培养效果,更好地服务于大学生整体就业能力的提升。
Communication ability is an important part of college students’employability.The way to cultivate students’communication ability in domestic colleges and universities is mainly to set up communication etiquette courses,hold student activities such as speech and debate,or provide relevant guidance in employment and entrepreneurship,but it is rarely systematically implemented into classroom teaching,community activities and class daily management.At present,employers’requirements for students’communication ability are gradually increasing,so colleges and universities should pay more attention to the cultivation of students’communication ability.First of all,measures should be taken to improve teachers’classroom communication ability,change teaching methods,and guide students through active thinking,questioning and debate in classroom teaching.Secondly,it is necessary to strengthen the management and activities of the community.Thirdly,managers should go deep into class and dormitory management and guide students to deal with daily affairs skillfully.Therefore,through systematic strategies and measures,we can improve the training effect of college students’communication ability and better serve the improvement of their overall employability.
