摘要
本文从无机材料、两性离子聚合物材料和生物活性材料三个方向介绍了抗凝血材料的研究进展。以生物活性材料为基础,介绍了一种利用化学接枝使材料表面肝素化的方法,并通过表面接触角测试、血小板吸附实验、体外抗凝血测试证实了该方法可以有效提升材料的抗凝血性能。最后总结了近些年来国内科研领域在抗凝血医用材料方向取得的研究进展及其在商业领域的应用。
In this paper,the research progress of anticoagulant materials is introduced from inorganic materials,zwitterionic polymer materials and bioactive materials three fields.Based on the bioactive materials,a method for preparing surface heparinized biomaterial by chemical grafting is introduced.The method was proved to be effective in improving the anticoagulant properties of the material by surface contact Angle test,platelet adsorption test and in vitro anticoagulant test.Finally,the research progress in the field of anticoagulant medical materials and its application in the commercial field are summarized.
