摘要
目的对影响临床护士体面劳动感知的因素进行范围综述,为今后的干预研究提供基础。方法以Arksey和O'Malley的范围综述方法为框架,检索中国知网、万方知识数据服务平台、维普网、中国生物医学文献系统、PubMed、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、Embase、ScienceDirect数据库中有关临床护士体面劳动感知的文献,检索时限设定为建库至2022年10月31日,由2名研究者独立进行筛选和数据提取,并对纳入文献进行总结并报告结果。结果共纳入10篇文献,研究显示影响临床护士体面劳动感知的因素有一般人口学因素、职业相关因素和心理相关因素。结论临床护士的体面劳动感知水平整体偏低,其影响因素是多方面的,部分研究变量的作用有待进一步探讨,管理者应根据影响因素,针对性地采取措施,改善临床护理管理和护理服务质量。
Objective To conduct the scoping review on influencing factors of clinical nurses'perception of decent work,so as to provide a basis for future intervention research.Methods Based on the scope review method proposed by Arksey and O'Malley,literatures on clinical nurses'perception of decent work in CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,SinoMed,PubMed,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,Embase and ScienceDirect databases were retrieved.The search period was from establishment of databases to October 31,2022.Two researchers conducted independent screening and data extraction,and summarized the included literatures and reported the results.Results A total of 10 literatures were included,and the study showed that the factors affecting clinical nurses'perception of decent work were general demographic factors,occupation-related factors and psychological factors.Conclusions The overall level of clinical nurses'perception of decent work is low,and its influencing factors are various.The role of some research variables needs to be further explored.Managers should take targeted measures according to the influencing factors to improve clinical nursing management and nursing service quality.
