摘要
长距离顶管施工作为一种地下施工技术有着穿越江道不影响航运、施工不受季节影响等优点,被广泛用于地下施工等场景,但较少实际用于过江管道中。文章从管道长度、区间设置、最小埋深要求、借地情况、地质情况、优缺点、现场实施工期、协调难度、经济比选等技术与经济角度出发,结合案例实际情况,针对沉管施工、长距离顶管施工、盾构法施工等三个方案进行了施工工法的方案比选。结果表明长距离顶管施工有着造价较低、工期较快、能有效减少对周边的影响等显著优势,因此案例中的过江管道推荐采用长距离顶管施工方案,并对过江管道长距离顶管施工的造价进行测算。
Long distance pipe jacking construction,as an underground construction technology,has the advantages of not affecting navigation when crossing river channels and not being affected by seasons during construction.It is widely used in underground construction and other scenarios,but is rarely used in actual river crossing pipelines.Starting from the technical and economic perspectives of pipeline length,interval setting,minimum burial depth requirements,borrowing conditions,geological conditions,advantages and disadvantages,on-site implementation schedule,coordination difficulty,and economic comparison,combined with the actual situation of the case,the article compares and selects construction methods for three schemes:immersed pipe construction,long-distance pipe jacking construction,and shield tunneling construction.Due to the significant advantages of low cost,fast construction period,and effectively reducing the impact on the surrounding area,long-distance pipe jacking construction scheme is recommended for the river crossing pipeline in the case.Finally,the cost of long-distance pipe jacking construction for the river crossing pipeline is calculated.
