摘要
方案比选是工程可行性研究的重要内容,特别是对城市过江通道,做好方案综合比选尤为重要。本研究依托季华路西延线工程顺德水道过江通道,从建设指标、经济指标、环境指标以及社会指标4个方面,选取14个影响顺德水道过江通道方案综合评价的关键因素构建三级评价指标体系,基于AHP群决策方法计算权重值,结果显示权重较高的准则层指标为社会指标和经济指标,权重较高的指标层指标为建设成本、产业影响、交通组织和岸线土地利用。
Scheme selection is an important content of engineering feasibility study,especially for urban cross-river tunnels,and it is particularly important to do a good job in comprehensive scheme selection.Based on the Shunde Waterway Cross-river Tunnel in the Jihua Road West Extension Project,this study selects 14 key factors that affect the comprehensive evaluation of the Shunde Waterway Cross-river Tunnel scheme from four aspects:construction indicators,economic indicators,environmental indicators,and social indicators,and constructs a three-level evaluation index system.The weight values are calculated based on the AHP group decision-making method.The results show that the criteria layer indicators with higher weights are social indicators and economic indicators,and the indicators layer indicators with higher weights are construction cost,industrial impact,traffic organization,and shoreline land use.
