基于建筑信息分类体系的房屋建筑工程造价文件编制研究 被引量:4

摘要 为落实住房城乡建设部《“十四五”建筑业发展规划》深化工程造价改革要求,加快建立国有资金投资工程造价数据库,利用现代信息化技术为工程造价行业赋能,亟需建立满足工程造价行业数字化转型的数据标准[1]。随着新一轮工程造价改革的推进,工程造价指标作为建设工程造价数据库的重要载体,必然得到长足的发展。文章通过对英美等国及一些国际标准化组织的建筑信息分类体系进行研究,结合国内建筑信息分类体系发展现状,提出了深圳市基于房屋建筑工程造价指标分类与编码的工程造价编制标准研究思路,介绍了深圳市《房屋建筑工程造价文件分部分项和措施项目划分标准》(SJG 77-2020)的编制经验和做法,提出了以标准引领大数据应用系统开发的工程造价大数据发展模式,并进一步总结了SJG 77-2020在工程造价行业实现多维度的应用场景。 In order to implement the requirements of the Ministry of Housing and Construction's"14th Five-Year"Construction Industry Development Plan for deepening the reform of construction cost,it is urgent to establish a national capital investment construction cost database and use modern information technology to empower the construction cost industry.It is necessary to meet the data standards for the digital transformation of the construction cost industry.With the promotion of a new round of construction cost reform,the construction cost index as an important carrier of the construction cost database will surely experience significant development.By studying the construction information classification system in countries such as the United States and the United Kingdom and combining with the current situation of the domestic construction information classification system,this paper proposes a research idea for the construction cost compilation standard based on the classification and coding of housing construction cost indicators in Shenzhen.It also introduces the experience and practices of the compilation of Shenzhen's"The classification standard of work sections and trades&preliminaries in the building construction cost documents"(SJG 77-2020),puts forward a construction cost big data development model guided by standards to develop big data application systems,and further summarizes the multidimensional application scenarios of SJG 77-2020 local standards in the construction cost industry in Shenzhen.
