摘要
过往项目由于管理周期长,包含信息量大,传统的管理手段不能满足建筑企业项目管理的前置化、信息化,即根据BIM技术建成信息模型,可预先模拟所设计建筑物的相关技术模块。对项目管理人员而言,需要通过前期培训,加强建筑信息模型等技术应用的相关能力,通过创建结构、机电、幕墙等信息模型,形成自主型族库,从而提高施工效率,保证项目施工的准确性和协调性。
In the past,because of the long management cycle and large amount of information,the traditional management methods can not meet the needs of enterprise management.Through the training of independent project management personnel,using the building information model,the structure,mechanical and electrical,curtain wall and other models were created,the family bank was created independently,the construction efficiency was improved,and the accuracy and coordination of the project construction were guaranteed.Building an information model based on BIM technology allows you to see the design in advance.
