摘要
烟草原料中果胶的含量相当丰富,造纸法再造烟叶作为一种烟草原料的重组加工产品,保留了烟草原料中的大部分果胶。果胶与再造烟叶产品的燃烧性、烟气成分、抽吸品质等有着密切的关系,通过调控果胶含量来改善产品品质成了一种可行手段。文章归纳了研究中常用的果胶含量的检测方法,针对再造烟叶的生产加工特点,分工序介绍了再造烟叶中果胶的调控方法,并对未来再造烟叶果胶的调控研究趋势进行了展望。
The content of pectin in raw tobacco materials is quite rich,as a reconstituted product of raw tobacco materials,reconstituted tobacco by paper-making retain most of the pectin and it is closely related to the quality of reconstituted tobacco products.The quality of the product can be improved by adjusting the pectin content.This paper introduced the commonly used detection methods of pectin content and the existing pectin content control methods in the production process of reconstituted tobacco.The future research trend of pectin regulation in reconstituted tobacco also has been predicted.
