摘要
结合广州市番禺区中心医院近年来开展党建“四有”工程建设的实践,探索以党建“四有”工程为抓手推动医院高质量发展的途径与方法,并阐述了取得的阶段成效,为以“四有”工程为抓手加强公立医院党的建设,推动医院高质量发展提供参考。
This paper examines the practical experience of Guangzhou Panyu Central Hospital in implementing the“Four Virtues”project of Party Building in recent years.It explores the ways and methods of utilizing the“Four Virtues”project as the focal point to drive high-quality development of hospitals,and highlights the achieved results in different stages.The findings of this study provide valuable insights and references for strengthening the Party’s construction in public hospitals and promoting their high-quality development through the implementation of the project.
