摘要
目的:分析妊娠糖尿病患者产后护理中应用延续性护理模式的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月于广州市番禺区妇幼保健院分娩的妊娠糖尿病患者94例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各47例。对照组实施常规护理模式,观察组实施延续性护理模式。比较两组血糖指标、胰岛功能指标、自我行为管理情况及生活质量。结果:出院3个月后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于出院时,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数低于出院时,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组血糖监测、饮食、用药、运动、足部护理评分高于出院时,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗效果、生理功能、心理功能及社会关系评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:妊娠糖尿病患者产后护理工作中应用延续性护理模式的效果显著,可改善血糖水平、胰岛功能及生活质量,提高患者自我管理能力。
Objective:To analyze the effect of applying continuous nursing mode in postpartum nursing of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods:Totally 94 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus who delivered in Panyu District Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group implemented conventional nursing mode,and the observation group implemented continuous nursing mode.The blood glucose indexes,islet function indexes,self-behavior management and quality of life in two groups were compared.Results:At 3 months after discharge,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin levels in the two groups were lower than those at discharge,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The fasting insulin and insulin resistance index in the two groups were lower than those at discharge,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of blood glucose monitoring,diet,medication,exercise,and foot nursing in two groups were higher than those at discharge,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment effect,physiological function,psychological function and social relationship scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of continuous nursing mode in postpartum nursing of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus has a significant effect,which can improve blood glucose level,islet function and quality of life,and improve patients'self-management ability.
