摘要
目的:探讨对鼾症患儿施以鼻内镜联合低温等离子射频消融腺样体切除术后对其睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取安阳地区医院2021年11月至2022年11月收治的114例鼾症患儿,以电脑随机表法分成对照组和观察组,各57例。对照组患儿施以鼻动力切割腺样体切除术,观察组患儿施以鼻内镜联合低温等离子射频消融腺样体切除术,比较两组患儿的睡眠质量、手术指标等。结果:观察组患儿手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿的总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗后的睡眠质量优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患儿生活质量各项评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对鼾症患儿施以鼻内镜联合低温等离子射频消融腺样体切除术,可改善手术相关指标,提升治疗的效果,改善患儿睡眠质量,减轻并发症,改善生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of nasal endoscopy combined with low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation adenoidectomy on sleep quality in children with snoring.Methods A total of 114 children with snoring were selected from Anyang District Hospital from November 2021 to November 2022 and divided into a control group and an observation group by computer random table method,with 57 cases in each group.The control group underwent nasal dynamic cutting adenoidectomy,and the observation group underwent nasal endoscopy combined with low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation adenoidectomy.The sleep quality and surgical indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time,intraoperative blood loss and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sleep quality of the observation group was better than that of the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nasal endoscopy combined with low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation adenoidectomy is performed on children with snoring to improve surgical indicators,enhance the therapeutic effect,improve sleep quality in children,reduce complications and improve quality of life.
