摘要 目的分析鼻内镜下低温等离子射频消融术对鼾症患儿氧化应激水平、通气功能指标的影响。方法回顾性分析2019年1月至2020年12月本院收治的62例鼾症患儿的临床资料,根据不同的治疗方案分为对照组与观察组,每组31例。对照组采用传统腺样体刮除及扁桃体剥离术治疗,观察组采用鼻内镜下低温等离子射频消融术治疗,比较两组手术前、手术后24 h氧化应激指标[血清丙二醛(MDA)、8-异前列腺素(8-isoPG)、硝基酪氨酸(3-NT)]与手术前、手术后1个月通气功能指标[呼吸紊乱指数(AHI)、氧减指数(ODI)、最长呼吸暂停时间(LAT)]。结果手术后24 h,两组MDA、8-isoPG、3-NT均明显低于手术前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);手术后1个月,两组AHI、ODI、LAT均明显低于手术前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用鼻内镜下低温等离子射频消融术治疗鼾症效果显著,可缓解手术应激反应,改善通气功能,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To analyze the effects of low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation under nasal endoscope on oxidative stress and ventilation function in children with snoring.Methods The clinical data of 62 children with snoring admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed,according to different treatment plans,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional adenoid curettage and tonsillectomy,while the observation group was treated with low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation under nasal endoscope.The oxidative stress indexes[serum malondialdehyde(MDA),8-isoprostaglandin(8-ISOPG),nitrotyrosine(3-NT)]before operation and 24 hours after operation were compared between the two groups,and the ventilation function indexes[respiratory disorder index(AHI),oxygen detraction index(ODI),maximum apnea time(LAT)]before operation and 1 month after operation.Results 24 h after operation,MDA,8-ISOPG and 3-NT in two groups were significantly lower than before operation,and the observation group was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).One month after operation,the AHI,ODI and LAT in two groups were significantly lower than before operation,and the observation group was lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation under nasal endoscope is effective in the treatment of snoring,which can relieve surgical stress reaction and improve ventilation function.It is worthy of clinical application.
