摘要
协调输弹机作为自动装填系统的主要组成部分,对火炮射速产生很大影响,故开展协调输弹机机构可靠性分析具有重要意义。为研究某协调输弹机构件设计尺寸、输弹机安装定位尺寸及弹丸参数随机性对机构可靠性的影响及影响程度,在0°射角工况下建立刚柔耦合动力学模型进行仿真分析,采用蒙特卡洛法进行协调输弹机机构可靠性与可靠性灵敏度分析,研究结果表明该型协调输弹机机构可靠度为99.46%。输弹盘焊接位置X_(SD)、弹丸质心偏心m_(z)、链轮基圆半径R_(LL)、输弹盘长度L、弹丸质量m的均值及链轮基圆半径R LL、输弹盘焊接位置X_(SD)、弹丸质心偏心m_(y)、弹丸质心偏心m_(x)、输弹盘长度L的标准差对机构可靠性存在显著影响。
As the main part of automatic loading system,the coordinated ammunition ramming mechanism has a great impact on firing rate,so it is of great significance to carry out the reliability analysis of the coordinated ammunition ramming mechanism.In order to study the influence of the design size,installation and positioning size of the ramming mechanism and the randomness of projectile parameters on the reliability of the mechanism,a rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model was established under the condition of 0°firing angle.The reliability and reliability sensitivity of the coordinated ramming mechanism were analyzed by Monte Carlo method.The results show that the reliability of this coordinated ramming mechanism is 99.46%.The mean value of the welding position X_(SD),the eccentricity m_(z)of the projectile centroid,the base radius R LL of the sprocket wheel,the length L of the projectile disk,the projectile mass m,and the standard deviation of the base radius R_(LL)of the sprocket wheel,the welding position X_(SD),the eccentricity m_(y)of the projectile centroid,the eccentricity m x of the projectile centroid,and the length L of the projectile disk have a significant impact on the reliability of the mecha-nism.
