摘要
【目的】客观验证PBL剪力连接件的抗剪承载力计算公式的适用性和准确性。【方法】介绍木-混凝土组合梁和PBL剪力连接件研究现状,并从中选取5个具有代表意义的抗剪承载力计算公式,采用控制变量法对比分析不同的计算公式中混凝土立方体抗压强度和开孔钢板的开孔直径参数对剪力连接件极限承载力的作用规律,并优化组合梁的设计参数。【结果】结果表明:中国《公路钢结构桥梁设计规范》(JTG D64—2015)、胡建华和郑双杰提出的抗剪承载力计算公式得出的计算结果准确率较高。【结论】本研究围绕影响PBL剪力连接件抗剪承载力计算公式的因素,从而得出通用性较好的抗剪承载力计算公式,其成果将为现代木-混凝土组合梁桥的设计及PBL剪力连接件的设计优化提供参考。
[Purposes]This paper aims to objectively verify the applicability and accuracy of the formula for calculating the shear capacity of PBL shear connectors.[Methods]This study briefly introduced the research status of timber-concrete composite beams and PBL shear connectors,selected five representative calculation formulas,and analyzed the effects of concrete strength and opening diameter in different calculation equations on the ultimate bearing capacity of shear connectors through controlled variable method.As a result,the design parameters of composite beams were optimized.[Findings]The results show that the accuracy of the calculation formula of shear capacity proposed by Hu Jianhua and Zheng Shuangjie in JTG D64-2015 Specifications for Design of Highway Steel Bridge is good.[Conclusions]This study focuses on the factors affecting the calculation formula of the shear capacity of PBL shear connectors,and obtains the formula of the shear capacity with good universality.The research results will provide reference for the design and optimization of modern timber-concrete composite beam bridges and PBL shear connectors.
