摘要
抗剪连接件在组合梁中主要用来承受钢筋混凝土翼板与钢梁之间的纵向剪力,是钢腹板与混凝土上、下翼板连接设计的关键环节。提出一种新的翼缘型开孔波折板抗剪连接件,并对传统的开孔直钢板抗剪连接件与这种新型开孔波折板抗剪连接件试件进行推出试验。考察开孔个数、穿筋与否对2种连接件承载力的影响。试验结果表明,在同等条件下,这种开孔波折板抗剪连接件具有更高的承载力。
The shear connectors are mainly used to bear the longitudinal shear force between the reinforced concrete flange plates and steel girder of composite girder structure and the design of the connectors is an important step in the design of connection of the steel webs and the con- crete top and bottom flange plates. A new type of the shear connector of the flange type perfora- ted corrugated plate was proposed, the push-out tests for the conventional perforated straight steel plate shear connector and the new shear connector were made and the influences of the num- bers of perforating holes and the reinforcement threading or not on the bearing capacity of the two kinds of the connectors were investigated. The results of the tests indicate that under the same conditions, the new shear connector has still higher bearing capacity.
