摘要
为了解具有波折开孔板连接件的组合梁的界面抗滑移性能,采用试验与有限元模拟分析相对比的方法对设有双排波折开孔钢板连接件的钢-混凝土组合梁进行了研究。通过试验得到试验梁跨中截面沿梁高的应变分布、钢梁与混凝土板的界面相对滑移、相对滑移沿梁长的分布和组合梁破坏形态;通过与试验过程相应的有限元计算分析,得到组合梁的理论界面相对滑移曲线;实测与计算结果吻合较好。研究结果表明:波折开孔钢板连接件的抗滑移性能良好,混凝土板和钢梁具有良好的协同工作性能。
To have an understanding of the interface slip resistance behavior of steel and concrete composite beam used with corrugated perforated plate shear connectors,the comparative method of testing and finite element simulation analysis was used to investigate the composite beam used with double-array corrugated perforated plate shear connectors.Through the testing,the strain distribution along the beam depth of midspan section of the tested beam,the relative slip at the interface between the steel beam and concrete deck slab,the distribution of the relative slip along the beam length and the failure modes of the beam were obtained.Also through the finite element calculation and analysis that corresponds to the testing process,the relative slip curves of the theoretic interface of the composite beam were obtained and it was found from comparison that the testing and calculation were well agreeable.The results of the investigation prove that the slip resistance behavior of the corrugated perforated plate shear connectors is good and the steel beam and concrete deck slab have good coordinate working performance.
