摘要
目的观察自拟中药调理方改善消化系统恶性肿瘤患者化疗后纳差、乏力的临床效果。方法选取2021年7月—2022年6月赣南医学院第一附属医院收治的消化系统恶性肿瘤患者100例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用自拟中药方剂治疗,2组均连续治疗15 d。比较2组患者临床疗效、症状改善时间、治疗前后机体免疫功能及生存质量。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的82.00%(χ^(2)=5.005,P=0.025)。观察组患者的症状改善时间为(5.16±1.32)d,短于对照组的(8.73±2.93)d(t=7.855,P<0.001)。治疗15 d后,2组患者免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)及免疫球蛋白M(IgM)水平均低于治疗前,但观察组高于对照组(P<0.01);2组患者主观症状、心理状态、生理状态、日常生活状态、社会活动状态评分均上升,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论自拟中药调理方能有效改善消化系统恶性肿瘤患者化疗后纳差、乏力情况,缩短患者症状改善时间,提升患者机体免疫力及生活质量。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of self-designed Chinese herbal conditioning prescription on improving anorexia and fatigue in patients with malignant tumor of digestive system after chemotherapy.Methods A total of 100 patients with malignant tumor of digestive system admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical College from July 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with self-designed Chinese medicine prescriptions on the basis of control group,the two groups were treated for 15 days continuously.The clinical efficacy,improvement time of symptom,immune function and quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than control group(82.00%)(χ^(2)=5.005,P=0.025).The improvement time of symptom of observation group was(5.16±1.32)d,was shorter than of(8.73±2.93)d control group(t=7.855,P<0.001).After 15 days of treatment,the levels of immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin A(IgA)and immunoglobulin M(IgM)in two groups were lower than before treatment,but those in observation group were higher than control group(P<0.01);The scores of subjective symptoms,psychological state,physiological state,daily life state and social activity state were increased in two groups,and the observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The self-designed Chinese herbal conditioning prescription can effectively improve the indigestcon and fatigue in patients with malignant tumor of digestive system after chemotherapy,shorten the time of symptom improvement,improve the body immunity and quality of life of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
