血清miR-30b、miR-103a、miR-181c水平联合检测诊断精神分裂症的效能 被引量:2

摘要 目的:分析血清miR-30b、miR-103a、miR-181c水平联合检测诊断精神分裂症的效能。方法:回顾性分析2021年3月至2023年3月该院收治的120例首发精神分裂症患者的临床资料作为研究组,另选取同期该院60名健康体检者作为对照组,根据研究组阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分中位数(58分)将其分为高分组(>58分)58例、低分组(≤58分)62例。比较两组及高分组与低分组miR-30b、miR-103a、miR-181c水平,采用Pearson相关性分析血清miR-30b、miR-103a、miR-181c水平与PANSS评分的相关性,绘制受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)分析血清miR-30b、miR-103a、miR-181c水平单项及联合检测诊断精神分裂症的效能。结果:研究组miR-30b、miR-103a水平均低于对照组,miR-181c水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高分组miR-30b、miR-103a水平均低于低分组,miR-181c水平高于低分组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Pearson相关性分析结果显示,miR-30b、miR-103a水平与PANSS评分均呈负相关(r<0,P<0.05),miR-181c水平与PANSS评分呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05);ROC曲线分析结果显示,血清miR-30b、miR-103a、miR-181c水平单项及联合检测诊断精神分裂症的曲线下面积分别为0.776、0.687、0.736、0.897,均具有诊断价值,且联合检测诊断价值高于三者单项检测。结论:血清miR-30b、miR-103a、miR-181c水平联合检测诊断精神分裂症的效能高于三者单项检测,血清miR-30b、miR-103a水平与PANSS评分均呈负相关,血清miR-181c水平与PANSS评分呈正相关。 Objective:To analyze efficacy of combined detection of serum miR-30b,miR-103a and miR-181c levels in diagnosis of schizophrenia.Methods:The clinical data of 120 patients with first-episode schizophrenia admitted to this hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were set as study group.In addition,60 healthy subjects in the same period were selected as control group.The levels of serum miR-30b,miR-103a and miR-181c were compared between the two groups.According to the median score(58 points)of the positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS)of schizophrenia in the study group,they were divided into high score group(58 cases,>58 points)and low score group(62 cases,≤58 points).The levels of miR-30b,miR-103a and miR-181c were compared between the two groups and between the high score group and the low score group.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlations among the serum miR-30b,miR-103a,miR-181c levels and the PANSS score.The receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC)was drawn to analyze the efficacy of single and combined detection of serum miR-30b,miR-103a and miR-181c levels in the diagnosis of schizophrenia.Results:The levels of miR-30b and miR-103a in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the level of miR-181c was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of miR-30b and miR-103a in the high score group were lower than those in the low score group,the level of miR-181c was higher than that in the low score group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the levels of miR-30b and miR-103a were negatively correlated with the PANSS score(r<0,P<0.05),and the level of miR-181c was positively correlated with the PANSS score(r>0,P<0.05).ROC curve results showed that the areas under the curve of serum miR-30b,miR-103a and miR-181c levels in the diagnosis of schizophrenia by single and combined detection were 0.776,0.6
