摘要
目的:观察桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿腹腔镜术后患者的效果。方法:选取2022年1—12月该院收治的95例卵巢巧克力囊肿患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组48例和对照组47例。两组均行腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术,对照组术后采用米非司酮治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后性激素指标[孕酮、促卵泡激素(FSH)和黄体生成素(LH)]水平、术后并发症发生率、随访3个月的囊肿复发率、月经周期正常率和卵巢体积。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为87.50%(42/48),高于对照组的70.21%(33/47),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组FSH、LH和孕酮水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后并发症发生率为6.25%(3/48),低于对照组的21.28%(10/47),囊肿复发率为4.17%(2/48),低于对照组的19.15%(9/47),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组左、右侧卵巢体积均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组月经周期正常率为89.58%(43/48),高于对照组的68.09%(32/47),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿腹腔镜术后患者可提高治疗总有效率和月经周期正常率,缩小卵巢体积,降低性激素指标水平、术后并发症发生率和囊肿复发率,效果优于单纯米非司酮治疗。
Objective:To observe effects of Guizhi Fuling capsules combined with Mifepristone in treatment of patients with ovarian chocolate cysts after laparoscopic surgery.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 95 patients with ovarian chocolate cysts admitted to this hospital from January 2022 to December 2022.According to the random number table method,they were divided into study group(48 cases)and control group(47 cases).Both groups underwent laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy.The control group was treated with Mifepristone after the surgery,while the study group was treated with Guizhi Fuling capsules on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the sex hormone levels[progesterone,follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)]before and after the treatment,the incidence of postoperative complications,the cyst recurrence rate after 3 months of follow-up,the normal menstruation rate,and the ovarian volume were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 87.50%(42/48),which was higher than 70.21%(33/47)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of FSH,LH and progesterone in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 6.25%(3/48),which was lower than 21.28%(10/47)in the control group.The cyst recurrence rate was 4.17%(2/48),which was lower than 19.15%(9/47)in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the left and right ovarian volumes of the study group were smaller than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the normal menstruation rate of the study group was 89.58%(43/48),which was higher than 68.09%(32/47)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Guizhi Fuling capsul
