摘要
在市场秩序的拓展过程中,人格化交换被非人格化交换所替代是普遍的共识。但是,市场交换的陌生化并不就意味着交换的非人格化,并且市场秩序的拓展也并不就意味着对人情关系的完全替代。市场交换的非人格化需要从独立个体的出现及其保护制度的形成、客观规则的出现及其维系的思想理念来理解。在交换领域,人情关系可以划分为水平层级的人情关系和垂直层级的人情关系。水平层级的人情关系是一种对等的赋权行为,交换双方都是平等的,并且能够遵守形成的隐形契约。这种水平层级的人情关系赋权会随着市场秩序的拓展而逐渐地减少。然而,垂直层级的人情关系是一种不对等的赋权,存在优势一方对劣势一方的“掠夺性”行为。这种类型的人情关系会对市场秩序的拓展形成阻碍,并且在市场秩序的拓展过程中有一个加强的过程。因而,市场秩序在拓展过程中形成了与人情关系的倒U型关系。最后,为推动市场秩序的拓展,发挥市场在资源配置中的决定性作用,需要注意处理政府与市场的关系问题、个体独立性的培育问题和制度的制定与有效执行问题。
During the expansion of market order,it is a common consensus that personalized exchange is replaced by impersonal exchange.However,the Defamiliarization of market exchange does not mean the impersonalization of exchange,and the expansion of market order does not mean the complete replacement of Renqing Guanxi.The depersonalization of market exchange needs to be understood from the emergence of independent individuals and the formation of their protection systems,the emergence of objective rules and their correspanding ideological concepts.In the field of exchange,Renqing Guanxi can be divided into horizontal Renqing Guanxi and vertical Renqing Guanxi.Renqing Guanxi at the horizontal level are a kind of equal empowerment behavior.Both sides of the exchange are equal and can abide by the implicit contract.The empowerment of human relations at the horizontal level will gradually decrease during the expansion of market order.However,the Renqing Guanxi at the vertical level is a kind of unequal empowerment,and there is a'predatory'behavior of the superior party to the inferior one.This type of human relations will hinder the expansion of the market order,and there is a strengthening process in this process.Therefore,during the expansion of market order,an inverted U-shaped relationship with Renqing Guanxi is formed.Finally,in order to promote the expansion of market order and give full play to the decisive role of the market in resource allocation,attention should be paid to the relationship between the government and the market,thecultivationof individual autonomy,and the formulation and effective implementation of institutions.
