摘要
人情是农村社会的普遍现象,具有重要功能。随着现代性的侵蚀,农村人情普遍出现了异化。人情异化的程度与方式与村庄社会结构有密切关系——原子化程度高的中部农村,人情异化最为迅速。人情异化表现出来的是人情的繁荣,但当人情被榨取性利用之后,剩下的只是名实分离的人情空壳,人情循环中断,村民之间基本的人际互动难以维系,农村熟人社会失去了润滑剂,农村熟人社会甚至会因此解体。这是目前中国农村和农民难以承受之重。
Renqing（offering and accepting gifts,favors and banquets） is popular in rural China and plays an indispensible part in the interpersonal interactions.With the intrusion of modernity into the rural community,renqing tends to be largely abused.The degree and pattern of its abuse is closely related to the social structure in rural areas,as evidenced by the most rapid change in this regard undergone by the rural areas in central China,where the society is atomized to the biggest degree.The abuse of renqing starts from an overwhelming development,which is destined to go decline when renqing is too much exploited and its original function is ruined.The repercussion of this decline is that renqing will cease to function and the interpersonal interaction between villagers is hard to hold.If the lubricant role played by renqing disappears in the rural areas,the acquaintance society there may be dismantled.This is too heavy a cost for China＇s rural society and its residents to bear.
