蒙古栎主要害虫——栎尖细蛾的形态特征观察

摘要 栎尖细蛾是蒙古栎的主要害虫,自2017年开始对我国内蒙古大兴安岭及东北地区造成的危害连年增加,幼虫为害叶片严重影响蒙古栎生长,致使当地柞蚕养殖业损失严重。为了给栎尖细蛾预警技术研究提供直观科学依据,该试验使用林间采集及室内观察方法,对其各虫态虫体测量及形态特征进行描述。结果显示:卵平均长(342.7±18.3)μm,平均宽(257.0±16.6)μm。幼虫期共5个龄级,从3龄幼虫开始,幼虫的头宽、体长、体宽与前一龄级相差较大;蛹平均长(3942.1±142.3)μm,平均宽817.13μm;成虫平均体长(3998.3±68.2)μm,平均头宽(555.3±19.5)μm,平均翅展(9339.3±111.6)μm,平均触角长度(5045.0±101.5)μm。栎尖细蛾幼虫2~5龄体型不断增长,取食量增加,可在此时进行化学防治。成虫具有趋光性,多在傍晚时活动,可使用灯光诱杀。该文可为今后栎尖细蛾的野外调查鉴别和预测预报提供科学依据。 The Acyocercops brongniardella is a major pest of Quercus mongolica,and the damage caused by A.brongniardella in Daxinganling of Inner Mongolia and Northeastern regions of China increases year by year since 2017,and the larvae damage to leaves seriously affects the growth of Q.mongolica,leading to serious losses of the local tussah breeding industry.This paper provides an intuitive scientific basis for the research of early warning technology for A.brongniardella,and the method of collection in forest and indoor observation were used in this study for describing the measurements of the insect body and morphological characteristics of its various insect growth stages.The result showed the average length of A.brongniardella eggs was(342.7±18.3)μm and its average width was(257.0±16.6)μm.Its adults had a mean body length of(3998.3±68.2)μm,a mean head width of(555.3±19.5)μm,a mean wingspan of(9339.3±111.6)μm,The larval period of A.brongniardella was consist of five stages.From the third instar larvae,the head width,body length and body width of the larvae are much different from those of the previous instar.The average length of pupae was(3942.1±142.3)μm and the average width was 817.13μm.and a mean antenna length of(5045.0±101.5)μm.The size of the larva of the second to the fifth instar of A.brongniardella was increasing,and the food intake was increasing,therefore,chemical control could be carried out at this period.Its adults had phototaxis and were mostly active in the evening,therefore,light trapping could be utilized for controlling.It will provide a scientific basis for the identification and prediction of A.brongniardella in the prospective field investigation.
