山东省美国白蛾自然种群发育进度观察

摘要 【目的】为探明美国白蛾自然种群在山东省发育进度。【方法】2022年于山东省菏泽市牡丹区开展野外观察实验。【结果】美国白蛾在山东省自然条件每年发生3代,其中卵期发育受温度影响较大,最快5 d即可完成发育,幼虫龄期并不一致,1~2代幼虫6龄,第3代幼虫7龄。美国白蛾以草堆、枯枝落叶、树皮缝、砖瓦块为主要化蛹场所,1~2代蛹历期9~12 d。成虫羽化受温度、降水影响明显,低温、高湿均不利于美国白蛾羽化。从越冬代成虫羽化高峰期算起,山东美国白蛾完成3代需150 d,从越冬代羽化始见期算起,要经历163 d。【意义】调查获得了美国白蛾在山东省菏泽市牡丹区较为详细的生活史资料,有助于美国白蛾的监测调查和科学防控。 [Objective]This study was conducted to explore the development progress of the natural population of Hyphantria cunea in Shandong Province.[Method]A field observation experiment was carried out in Mudan District,Heze City,Shandong Province in 2022.[Result]H.cunea had three generations per year under natural conditions in Shandong Province.The development of its egg stage was greatly affected by temperature,and the development could be completed within five days at the fastest.The larval instars were not consistent.The first and second generations’larvae had six instars and the third generation larvae had seven instars.The main pupation sites of H.cunea were grass mounds,fallen leaves,bark slits and bricks.The pupal duration of the first and second generations was nine to twelve days.The adult emergence was significantly affected by temperature and precipitation.Low temperature and high humidity were not conducive to the emergence of H.cunea.From the peak period of adult emergence of the overwintering generation,it took 150 days for the moth to complete three generations,and from the beginning of the overwintering generation,it tool 163 days.[Significance]The study has obtained detailed life history data of H.cunea in Mudan District,Heze City,Shandong province.The research results are helpful for the monitoring,investigation and scientific prevention and control of H.cunea.
