摘要
牛至油是从牛至的花朵及叶片中提取出来的淡黄色油状液体,是一种安全、高效的饲料添加剂。牛至油具有抑菌、抗氧化等功能,能够提高肉兔的生产性能,增强肉兔的免疫功能,调节肉兔的肠道菌群。文章综述了牛至油的营养价值、生物学功能、提取方式及其在肉兔养殖中的应用,以期为牛至油在现代化养兔中的应用提供参考。
Oregano oil is a light yellow oily liquid extracted from the flowers and leaves of oregano,which is a safe and efficient feed additive.Oregano oil has antibacterial,antioxidant and other functions,which can improve the performance of meat rabbits,enhance the immune function of meat rabbits,and regulate the intestinal flora of meat rabbits.In the paper,the nutritional value,biological function,extraction method of oregano oil and its application in meat rabbit breeding are described,in order to provide reference for the application of oregano oil in modern rabbit breeding.
