摘要
目的:调查研究胫骨平台骨折合并骨近端骨折可能存在的风险因素。方法:回顾性分析2018年11月-2021年11月收治的288例胫骨平台骨折患者。收集患者年龄、性别、骨折的侧别、是否有糖尿病以及胫骨平台四柱的骨折分型等资料,采用logistic回归分析影响因素。结果:288例胫骨平台骨折患者中,合并腓骨近端骨折的患者123例(女60例,男63例),发生率为42.71%。logistic回归分析提示年龄、前外侧柱、前外+前内侧柱、后外+后内侧柱、前外+后外侧柱以及前外+前内+后外+后内侧柱骨折与胫骨平台骨折合并腓骨近端骨折的发生具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:随着年龄的增长,胫骨平台骨折同时伴有腓骨近端骨折的风险也增加,胫骨平台四柱的完整性与腓骨近端骨折存在一定的相关性。
Objective:To investigate the possible risk factors of tibial plateau fracture combined with proximal fibula fracture.Methods:From November 2018 to November 2021,288 patients with tibial plateau fractures were enrolled in this study.The patients age,gender,fracture side,whether with diabetes,and the types of the four-column of the tibial plateau were collected,and logistic regression was used to analyze the influenced factors.Results:Among the 288 patients,123 patients(60 females and 63 males)had tibial plateau combined with fibula fracture,and the incidence rate was 42.71%.Logistic regression analysis showed that age,anterolateral column anterolateral+anteromedial column posterolateral+posteromedial column,anterolateral+posterolateral column,and anterolateral+anteromedial+posterolateral+posteromedial column fracture were significantly associated with tibial plateau with fibula proximal fractures were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:With the increase of age,the risk of tibial plateau fractures accompanied by fibula fractures also increases,and the integrity of the four-column of the tibial plateau has a certain correlation with proximal fibula fractures.
