摘要
帕金森病(PD)是第二大神经退行性疾病,严重危害患者健康,并给社会和家庭带来巨大负担。PET脑成像技术可无创、精准评估PD患者脑葡萄糖代谢及多巴胺能神经元功能改变,对早期诊断及临床干预具有重要价值。本文介绍PET脑成像用于诊断PD研究进展。
Parkinson's disease(PD)is the second most common neurodegenerative disease,which seriously endangering the health of patients and bringing a huge burden to society and families.PET brain imaging could be used to non-invasively and accurately evaluate changes of glucose metabolism and dopaminergic neuron function in PD patients,hence playing an important role for early diagnosis and clinical intervention of PD.The research progresses of PET brain imaging for PD were reviewed in this article.
