摘要
我国皮革行业具有悠久的发展历史,在轻工业发展体系中占据重要地位,在国际贸易中也占据较大比重。近年来,我国皮革行业生产技术发展较为迅速、技术革新水平不断提升、产业规模不断扩大,同时也带来显著的环境污染问题,尤其是在产业集中度较高地区,环境污染对周边群体影响很大。本文在简要概述我国皮革行业污染及防治现状的基础上,分析现有法律规制体系建设现状及不足,结合实际提出完善建议,为推进我国皮革行业健康发展,提升环境保护法律规制水平起到促进作用。
Chinese leather industry has a long history of development, occupies an important position in the development system of light industry, and also occupies a large proportion in international trade. In recent years, the production technology of Chinese leather industry has developed rapidly, the level of technological innovation has been continuously improved, and the industrial scale has been continuously expanded, which has also brought significant environmental pollution problems. Especially in areas with high industrial concentration, environmental pollution has a more significant impact on surrounding groups. Based on a brief overview of the current situation of pollution and prevention in Chinese leather industry, this paper analyzed the current situation and deficiencies of the existing legal regulation system, and put forward suggestions for improvement in combination with the actual situation, so as to play a due role in promoting the healthy development of China's tanning industry and improving the legal regulation level of environmental protection.
