摘要
综述了化学品足迹概念、核算方法及其在纺织服装领域的研究与应用。重点分析了纺织服装化学品足迹核算与评价的核算方法选择、特征因子获取与完善、评价模型优化等关键技术问题。化学品足迹核算与评价可以量化纺织服装产品生命周期内因化学品使用造成的环境影响;USEtox模型中无机物核算方法的补充、化学品特征因子及其核算方法的补充和完善以及环境影响评估法的优化可提高纺织服装产品化学品足迹核算结果的准确性、全面性和科学性,从而识别纺织化学污染物潜在影响的关键时期,完善纺织化学品足迹的研究与评价体系。
The concept of chemical footprint,calculation method and its research and application in textile and garment field were reviewed.The key technical issues such as the selection of accounting methods,the acquisition and improvement of characteristic factors,and the optimization of evaluation model for textile and garment chemical footprint accounting and evaluation were analyzed.Chemical footprint accounting and evaluation could quantify the environmental impact caused by chemical use in the life cycle of textile and garment products.USEtox model in the supplement of inorganic accounting methods,chemical feature factor and supplement and perfect the accounting methods and the optimization of the environmental impact assessment method could improve the textile and apparel product chemical footprint calculation result,accuracy,comprehensiveness and scientificness of critical period to identify potential impact textile chemical pollutants and improve the footprint of textile chemicals research and evaluation system.
