摘要 针对潜山储层的特点,室内采用具有抗温性和强乳化能力的表面活性剂作为乳化剂,配套抗高温增黏剂及流型调节剂,研制出了抗220℃高温水包油钻井液体系,并对其性能进行了评价。实验结果表明,该钻井液具有乳化稳定性强、抗温稳定性好、储层保护效果好等特点,适合于奥陶系潜山储层深井钻探。该体系在某A1井水平段进行了现场应用,表现出良好的高温稳定性及易维护等特点,满足了本区块潜山高温储层开发,欠平衡钻井技术的要求。 According to the characteristics of buried hill reservoir,the indoor surfactant with temperature resistance and strong emulsification ability is used as emulsifier,and the anti-high temperature viscosifier and flow pattern regulator are used to develop a non-solid phase oil-in-water drilling fluid system resistant to high temperature of 220℃,and its performance is evaluated.The test results show that the drilling fluid has the characteristics of strong emulsification stability,good temperature stability and good reservoir protection effect,which is suitable for deep drilling of Ordovician buried hill reservoir.The system has been applied in the horizontal section of a well A1,showing good high temperature stability and easy maintenance,which meets the requirements of the buried hill high temperature reservoir development and underbalanced drilling technology in this block.
