摘要
患者男,61岁,四肢皮疹伴瘙痒20余年,加重半年。既往肾功能不全病史13年,使用JARI-APD-1A型自动腹膜透析机维持治疗。皮肤科情况:双上肢可见散在黄豆大小红色或浅褐色半球型结节,散在孤立,表面伴结痂,部分有抓痕。诊断:结节性痒疹,慢性肾功能不全尿毒症期。治疗:度普利尤单抗治疗24周,皮损基本消退,无不良反应。
A 61-year-old male presented with limb rash with pruritus for more than 20 years,aggravated for half a year.The patient had a history of renal insufficiency for 13 years and had been maintained with JARI-APD-1A automatic peritoneal dialysis machine.Dermatological condition:scattered red or light brown hemispherical nodules of soybean size can be seen on both upper limbs,scattered and isolated,with scab on the surface and some scratches.Diagnosis:Prurigo nodularis,chronic renal insufficiency uremia stage.After 24 weeks of treatment with dupilumab,the skin lesions basically disappeared without adverse reactions.
