摘要
目的研究磁共振成像(MRI)联合多层螺旋CT(MSCT)对结直肠癌术前分期的诊断价值。方法抽取2020年5月至2021年4月于南阳市第一人民医院行手术治疗的结直肠癌患者230例,均采用MRI、MSCT进行检查,以手术病理结果为"金标准",统计MRI、MSCT及二者联合诊断直肠癌术前分期的诊断符合率。结果230例结直肠癌患者中,经手术病理检查确诊T1~2期61例,T3期73例,T4期96例;MRI诊断出T1~2期51例,T3期52例,T4期78例;MSCT诊断出T1~2期52例,T3期55例,T4期87例;二者联合诊断出T1~2期61例,T3期68例,T4期94例;二者联合诊断的符合率(96.96%,223/230)高于MRI诊断(78.70%,181/230)和MSCT诊断(84.35%,194/230),P<0.05。结论MRI联合MSCT检查应用于结直肠癌术前分期的诊断中,可明显提升T分期的诊断符合率,有利于为临床制定治疗方案提供参考依据。
Objective To study the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)combined with multi-slice spiral computed tomography(MSCT)for preoperative staging of colorectal cancer.Methods A total of 230 patients with colorectal cancer treated by surgery in Nanyang First People’s Hospital from May 2020 to April 2021 were selected,and they all underwent MRI and MSCT for examination.Taking the surgical and pathological results as the gold standard,the coincidence rates of MRI,MSCT and their combination in the diagnosis of preoperative staging of colorectal cancer were calculated.Results Among the 230 patients with colorectal cancer,61 cases of T1-2 stage,73 cases of T3 stage and 96 cases of T4 stage were confirmed by surgical and pathological examination.MRI identified 51 cases of T1-2 stage,52 cases of T3 stage and 78 cases of T4 stage.MSCT identified 52 cases of T1-2 stage,55 cases of T3 stage and 87 cases of T4 stage.The combination of MRI and MSCT identified 61 cases of T1-2 stage,68 cases of T3 stage and 94 cases of T4 stage.The coincidence rate of MRI combined with MSCT in the diagnosis of preoperative staging of colorectal cancer(96.96%,223/230)was higher than that of MRI diagnosis(78.70%,181/230)and MSCT diagnosis(84.35%,194/230),P<0.05.Conclusions The application of MRI combined with MSCT in the diagnosis of preoperative staging of colorectal cancer can significantly improve the diagnostic coincidence rate of T staging,which is beneficial to provide a reference for clinical treatment plans.
