摘要
作为社会技术型人才输出的摇篮,高职院校如何保障人才培育质量,提升教师队伍育人能力,应对更多挑战和考验,成为院校未来发展的重中之重。本文对1+X证书制度下的高职院校双师型教师队伍建设加以研讨,文中先行概述了“1+X证书制度”内容,并围绕证书制度的表现特征加以阐述,随后介绍了“双师型”教师队伍的评定标准,最后分享了几项“双师型”教师队伍能力提升策略,希冀借此为相关教职人员提供参考。
As the cradle of exporting social and technical talents,how to ensure the quality of talent cultivation,improve the ability of teachers to educate people,and cope with more challenges has become the top priority for the future development of higher vocational colleges.This paper discusses the construction of double qualified teachers in higher vocational colleges under the 1+X certificate system.The paper first outlines the content of the 1+X certificate system,and then elaborates on the performance characteristics of the certificate system.Then,we understand the evaluation criteria of the"double qualified"teachers,and finally share several strategies for improving the ability of the"double qualified"teachers,hoping to provide references for relevant teachers and staff.
