摘要
土壤速效磷是重要的土壤肥力和环境质量评价指标.为了获得更简单适用的土壤速效磷测定方法,以环境行业标准和农业行业标准的方法为参照,从试剂配制、显色容器、样品和试剂用量等方面进行了改进,建立了一种新的基于Olsen法测定土壤速效磷的操作方法.与两种标准操作方法相比,本方法简化了操作,减少了误差来源,标准曲线的相关性高,相同样品多次测定的变异系数小于2%,加标回收率最接近100%,样品和浸提剂的用量减少了60%,显色剂和标准磷的用量减少了80%.本方法通过对比试验消除有机质颜色的干扰,避免了制备无磷活性炭的麻烦,消除了活性炭带来的干扰.本操作方法误差来源少、操作简单、准确性高、重复性好、成本低廉,是一种值得在土壤速效磷测定中推广应用的操作方法.
Soil available phosphorus is an important soil fertility and environmental quality evaluation index.In order to obtain a simple and applicable method for the determination of soil available phosphorus,taking the method of environmental standard and agricultural standard as a reference,based on improvement of reagent preparation,chromogenic container,sample and reagent consumption,a new method for the determination of soil available phosphorus was established.Compared with the two standard operation methods,this method simplified the operation,reduced the source of errors and had high correlation in standard curve.The variation coefficient of this operation method in multiple determining the same sample was less than 2%and its recovery percentage of standard samples was closest to 100%.The consumption of the soil sample and extracting agent of soil available phosphorus,and the consumption of chromogenic agent and standard phosphorus agent was reduced by 60%and 80%respectively.This method eliminated the interference of the organic matter color using comparative test,and avoided the trouble of preparing the dephosphorized activated carbon and the interference of the activated carbon.In summary,because of its few error sources,simple operation,high accuracy,good repeatability and low cost,this operation method is worth popularizing and applying in determining soil available phosphorus.
