摘要
本文通过设计组合工装,将天线展开机构铰接头批量高效铣加工方法进行优化。利用零件尾部的圆柱结构设计制作多工位加工模块,通过模块与定位工装不同方向的定位完成零件多个部位的加工。该方法不仅将零件加工工序由原来的车、线切割、铣三道工序优化为一道工序,而且将零件加工数量由单件加工优化为一次装夹完成40件产品加工。优化后结果表明,使用组合工装,可大幅缩短加工时间,产品质量稳定,加工效率提高40%,有效降低加工成本。该加工方法对于多面体零件加工具有指导意义,已在某卫星构架天线生产中成功应用。
In this paper,a batch efficient milling method of antenna deployment mechanism hinged joint isoptimized by designing a combination of tooling.The cylindrical structure of the tail of the part is used to design andmanufacture the multi-station processing module.The processing of multiple parts is completed by positioning themodule and the positioning tool in different directions.This method not only optimizes the parts processing process fromthe original three processes of turning,wire cutting and milling to one process,but also optimizes the parts processingquantity from single processing to one time clamping to complete 40 products.The optimized results show that theprocessing time can be greatly shortened,the product quality is stable,the processing efficiency can be increased by40%,and the processing cost can be reduced effectively.This processing method has guiding significance for theprocessing of polyhedral parts and has been successfully applied in the processing of a satellite frame antenna.
