摘要
以夹具为研究对象,提出了基于组合机床生产线柔性化夹具系统,该系统可应用于不同批次并具有一定形状特征、加工相似性零件的批量生产。这套夹具系统具有一定范围的柔性,可以在传统组合机床生产线上使用,使企业用较低的成本实现生产的柔性化拓展,又可以避免传统可调整夹具的缺陷,并对柔性化夹具的设计方法进行了探讨。
In this paper, the fixture was taken as the study object. And then the flexible fixture system for on modular machine production line is provided. This system can be applied on batch production of the parts with the similar feature in different production batches. This fixture has the characteristic of flexible within limits range, and can be used on the traditional modular machine production line. By using this fixture, the enterprise can realize the flexible production with lower cost. Meanwhile, the disadvantages of the traditional adjustable fixture can be avoided. Finally, the design method of the flexible fixture is studied in this paper.
