摘要
以渭北地区某水库移民为研究对象,分析移民区民居建筑特征,结合现行水利水电工程移民安置补偿相关标准规范,对移民房屋补偿价值进行测算,提出现行移民房屋补偿价值测算方法与优化建议。
Taking the resettlement area of a reservoir in WeiBei as an example,this paper analized the architectural characteristics of residential buildings in the resettlement area,calculated the compensation value of resettlement houses in combination with the relevant standards and norms of resettlement compensation for current water conservancy and hydropower projects.Finally,some suggestions on the optimization of the current compensation method of resettlement houses were given.
