摘要
链轮链窝的过度磨损,严重程度影响着链条、刮板、压板甚至整机的使用寿命。通过链轮磨损规律函数分析法和链轮磨损规律逐点作图法,归纳总结链轮磨损规律,分析链轮报废时需满足的基本条件,总结出链轮磨损标识的制定方法,指导用户及时更换过度磨损的链轮,消除设备故障隐患。
Excessive wear of the sprocket socket affects the service life of the chain,scraper,pressure plate and even the whole machine.Through the sprocket wear law function analysis method and sprocket wear law point by point diagram method,the sprocket wear law is summarized,the basic conditions that need to be met when the sprocket is scrapped are analyzed,the formulation method of sprocket wear mark is summarized,and the user is guided to replace the excessive wear sprocket in time to eliminate the hidden danger of equipment failure.
