公路隧道施工期碳排放计算模型

Calculation Model of Carbon Emission in Highway Tunnel Construction

摘要 公路隧道建设会消耗大量能源和材料,从而造成大量二氧化碳排放。为了研究公路隧道碳中和措施,细分隧道施工内容,通过开挖循环、二衬循环、材料排放、路面摊铺4部分建立了隧道施工的碳排放量计算模型,并结合西南地区某隧道工程进行了碳排放量计算,对隧道不同施工工序的碳排放量进行了定量分析。研究表明:公路隧道施工碳排放计算模型提供了一种隧道碳排放分析工具,可为减碳减排决策提供理论依据;在整个隧道施工碳排放量中材料排放和开挖循环的占比最高,分别为54.39%,43.25%。在开挖循环中以出渣阶段排放量最大,在材料排放中以混凝土碳排放量最大;降低化石能源使用,改善施工工艺,提升能量利用率,使用新型节能材料,是降低隧道建设碳排放量的主要途径。 Tunnel construction will consume a lot of energy and materials,resulting in a large amount of carbon dioxide emissions.To study the carbon neutralization measures of highway tunnels,this paper subdivides the content of tunnel construction and establishes a carbon emission calculation model for tunnel construction through four parts:excavation cycle,secondary lining cycle,material emissions,and pavement paving.Combined with a tunnel in southwest China,the carbon emissions are calculated,and the carbon emissions of different tunnel construction processes are quantitatively analyzed.The results show that:The calculation model of carbon emission in highway tunnel construction provides a tool for analyzing carbon emission in the tunnel,which can provide the theoretical basis for carbon reduction and emission reduction decision⁃making.The proportions of material emissions and excavation cycles in the total carbon emissions in tunnel construction are the highest,accounting for 54.39%and 43.25%,respectively.In the excavation cycle,the tunnel slag discharge is the largest,and in the material discharge,the carbon emission of concrete is the largest.Reducing the use of fossil energy,improving the construction technology,increasing the energy utilization rate and using new energy⁃saving materials are the main ways to reduce the carbon emissions of tunnel construction.
