摘要
近年来结直肠癌在中国的发病率呈上升趋势,病死率位列第五,严重威胁人们生命健康。人参皂苷Rg3是人参重要的化学成分,在防治结肠癌上发挥了重要作用。前人研究发现人参皂苷Rg3作为人参主要成分之一,同时具有多种生物活性,在抑制肿瘤细胞生长、增殖、迁移,促进肿瘤细胞凋亡等方面具有一定作用。说明人参皂苷Rg3可通过多种机制防治结肠癌。本文追踪国内外最新实验研究及临床研究,通过总结分析发现人参皂苷Rg3治疗结肠癌可增强化疗药物抗癌作用,抑制结肠癌细胞生长、增殖、迁移,促进细胞凋亡及改善肿瘤微环境,还可调控PI3K/AKT、C/EBPβ/NF-κB、Wnt/Β-catenin、Notch-Hes1等信号通路等达到防治结肠癌的作用。目前人参皂苷Rg3治疗结肠癌的临床研究尚缺乏,多为联合用药,故本文通过梳理其作用机制,旨在为人参皂苷Rg3治疗结肠癌的基础与临床应用提供参考。
In recent years,the incidence of colorectal cancer in China is on the rise and the fatality rate ranks 5th,seriously endangering people's health.Ginsenoside Rg3 is an important chemical component of Renshen (人参) and plays a significant role in the prevention and treatment of colon cancer.Previous studies have found that ginsenoside Rg3,as a main component of Renshen,has a variety of biological activities,which can inhibit the growth,proliferation and migration of tumor cells and promote the apoptosis of tumor cells.These results indicate that ginsenoside Rg3 can prevent and cure colon cancer through various mechanisms.In this paper,the latest experimental and clinical studies in China and abroad were followed up.Through summary and analysis,it was found that ginsenoside Rg3 in treatment of colon cancer can enhance the anti-cancer effect of chemotherapy drugs,inhibit the growth,proliferation and migration of colon cancer cells,promote cell apoptosis and improve the tumor microenvironment (TME).It can also regulate PI3K/AKT,C/EBPβ/NF-κB,Wnt/β-catenin,Notch-Hes1 and other signaling pathways to prevent and treat colon cancer.At present,there are few clinical studies on ginsenoside Rg3 in treatment of colon cancer,and most of them are combined medications.Therefore,this paper aims to provide reference for the basic and clinical application of ginsenoside Rg3 in the treatment of colon cancer by sorting out its mechanism of action.
