摘要
为掌握延迟焦化炉管的使用情况和确保加热炉的安全运行,对使用中的加热炉炉管材料进行宏观检查、壁厚测试和蠕胀检查、表面缺陷和埋藏缺陷检测、金相检验和硬度检测等,结果表明,因外壁氧化造成炉管减薄,部分金相组织珠光体球化和蠕变导致炉管组织损伤。对炉管典型损伤机理进行分析,对球化后的炉管材料进行剩余寿命评估。这些研究对P9炉管的高温性能、寿命预测和制订防范措施具有指导意义。
In order to ensure the safe operation of delayed coking heating furnace,macroscopic inspection,wall thickness tes⁃ting,creep inspection,surface defect and buried defect detection,metallographic inspection and hardness testing were conducted on the materials of heating furnace tube in use.It was concluded that the furnace tube was reduced in thickness due to the oxida⁃tion of outer wall,and some metallographic structures such as pearlite spheroidization and creep caused damage to the furnace tube structure.Based on the analysis of typical damage mechanisms of furnace tube,the remaining life of spheroidized furnace tube material was evaluated.These studies have guiding significance for high⁃temperature performance,life prediction,and for⁃mulation of preventive measures of P9 furnace tube.
