摘要
为适应常减压装置原油加工量的增加以及节能的要求,对延迟焦化装置进行消除瓶颈及节能改造。通过对加热炉、分馏塔和换热网络的一系列改造,装置处理能力由0.4 Mt/a扩大到0.9 Mt/a,每吨原料的加工能耗为26.0kg(标油)/t,下降1.98 kg(标油)/t。装置实现可调循环比操作,可操作性增强,达到了预期的改造目的。
Modification of bottleneck eliminating and energy saving was made on the delayed coking plant to respond the increase of crude oil processing capacity of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit and the meet the demand of energy saving. Through a series of modification on the heating furnace, fractionating tower and heat exchanging net,the plant ' s processing capacity was expanded from 0.4Mt/a to 0.9Mt/a, and processing energy consumption for per ton material was 26.0kg of oil equivalent/t, with a decrease of 1.98kg of oil equivalent/t. The plant realized adjustable recirculating ratio operation, and the operability was improved, which gained the expected aim.
