摘要
分析了10Mt/a 常减压蒸馏装置换热网络的设计实例,介绍了大型化装置换热网络的设计经验,提出了通过优化换热网络来提高装置的用能水平和挖掘节能潜力以达到降低常减压蒸馏装置能耗的目的。
Design example of heat exchanger network of 10 million tons atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit is analyzed,and experiences in design of large-scale heat exchanger network is discussed.Energy utilization level and energy-saving potential can be improved by opti- mum design of heat exchanger network,thus reducing the energy con- sumption of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit.
