摘要
高校与区域经济存在相互协同、相辅相成的密切联系。高等教育是区域经济快速发展的重要支撑,是区域产业发展的创新驱动,是高校发挥社会服务功能的重要途径;同时,区域经济的高质量、高水平发展,可以为高等教育提供更加丰富的教育资源,为高校人才提供更多的就业机会。深入分析高校服务区域经济现状,可以发现:高校社会服务意识较薄弱,科研成果转化率较低,与企业联系不够密切,师资队伍实践创新能力不足;同时,地方产业对高校人才资源利用不充分,限制了区域经济的高质量发展。为此,高校要基于创新驱动发展,统筹并利用各类区域优势资源,对专业和科研项目进行科学合理的预测,促进区域企业和行业创新发展,进一步提高高校服务区域经济的动力和能力,更好地发挥高校的社会服务功能。
There is a close relationship of mutual cooperation and complement between colleges and universities and regional economy.Higher education is an important support for the rapid development of regional economy,an innovative driving force for regional industrial development,and an important way for colleges and universities to play their social service functions.Meanwhile,the high-quality and high-level development of the regional economy can provide richer educational resources for higher education and provide more employment opportunities.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation of colleges and universities serving the regional economy.On the one hand,in terms of colleges and universities,the results show four problems:weak social service consciousness,low conversion rate of scientific research achievements,untight connection with enterprises,and insufficient practical and innovative ability of teachers.On the other hand,in terms of local industries,the result shows that local industries do not make full use of talent resources in colleges and universities,which limits the high-quality development of regional economy.Therefore,this research suggests that colleges and universities should coordinate and utilize various regional advantageous resources based on innovation-driven development,make scientific and reasonable predictions on professional and scientific research projects,promote the innovation and development of regional enterprises and industries,further improve the motivation and ability of colleges and universities to serve the regional economy,and better play the social service function.
