民办高校课堂教学质量评价改革研究与实践

摘要 科学的课堂教学质量评价是提升教学质量的重要举措,是影响教育教学发展与改革的关键环节。当前,民办高校存在教师教学质量评价指导理念与根本目的偏离、评价指标体系缺乏科学性和合理性、评价结果应用的强制性和功利性等关键问题。要重视课堂教学评价的理论研究,建构课堂教学评价的本土化理论,由此产生了课堂教学质量的评价新方法——两极定性评价。其理论框架简明,走出了西方定量评价的误区,是中西智慧的交融。实践证明,两极定性评价理论简明易用,推进了教学质量评价的改革创新。 Scientific classroom teaching quality evaluation is the important measure to improve the teaching quality,and it is the key link affecting the development and reform of education.At present,there exist some key problems in the teachers’teaching quality evaluation in private universities,for example,the guiding idea of the evaluation deviates from the fundamental purpose,the evaluation index system is not sufficiently scientific and rational,and the application of evaluation results is mandatory and utilitarian.We should pay attention to the theoretical research on classroom teaching evaluation,and construct the localized theory of class teaching evaluation.Thus,the new method of classroom teaching quality evaluation is produced,namely,the bipolar qualitative evaluation.Its simple theoretical framework,which goes out of the misunderstanding of the western quantitative evaluation,is the blending of Chinese and western wisdom.The practice has proved that the bipolar qualitative evaluation theory is simple and easy to use,which promotes the reform and innovation of teaching quality evaluation.
