摘要
缺血性脑血管疾病主要是由于脑部血液供应发生障碍,没有充足的氧气,导致大脑无法发挥正常的效用,从而出现的一系列问题。随着人口老龄化的境况日益严重,缺血性脑血管疾病发生的概率也出现了逐渐增加的趋势,所引起的各种后遗症对人类的生命健康造成了非常恶劣的影响,对随之而来的脑缺血再灌注损伤所产生的各种不良后果也不得不引起研究学者们的重视。脑缺血再灌注损伤是恢复血液和氧气供应后反而损伤加剧的一种特殊现象,它是一种病理机制复杂而又多变、对生命安全造成严重威胁和恶劣影响的疾病,不仅会对人类健康形成危害效应,也会对患者的生活质量产生不小的消极作用,因此,为了解决这一问题,造福广大脑缺血再灌注损伤患者,学者对脑缺血再灌注损伤治疗的探讨和研究从未停止。近年来,中药在干预治疗脑缺血再灌注损伤的情况上发挥了良好的影响,而且其本身还具有靶点多、成分多、层次多的特点,对其抗脑缺血再灌注损伤的作用和机制的研究越来越多,并且也逐渐成为医学领域里研究探讨的重中之重。文章整合了近些年来有关单味中药及其提取物、中药复方和中药注射液在对脑缺血再灌注损伤中的保护作用,并对中药的未来进行了一系列的展望。
Ischemic cerebrovascular diseases are a series of problems that occur when the blood supply to the brain is disrupted and there is not enough oxygen to allow the brain to function properly.With the increasingly serious situation of population aging,the probability of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases has also gradually increased,and the various sequelae caused by it have a very bad impact on human life and health,and the various adverse consequences of the subsequent cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury is a special phenomenon in which the damage is aggravated after the recovery of blood and oxygen supply.It is a disease with complex and changeable pathological mechanism and serious threat and adverse impact on life safety.It will not only have harmful effects on human health,but also have no small negative effects on the quality of life of patients.For the benefit of patients with cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury,scholars have never stopped the discussion and research on the treatment of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.As one of the traditional treasures of the Chinese nation,Chinese medicinal has played a good role in the intervention and treatment of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in recent years,and it also has the characteristics of multiple targets,multiple components and multiple levels.More and more studies have been conducted on its anti-cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury effects and mechanisms,and it has gradually become the top priority in the medical field.In the paper,the protective effects of single Chinese medicinal and its extracts,Chinese medicinal compound and Chinese medicinal injection on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in recent years are integrated,and the future of Chinese medicinal is prospected.
