摘要
目的探讨安全隐患自查模式在手术室护理风险管理中的应用效果。方法围绕手术病患展开研究,选取82例作为研究对象,研究时间为2021年12月-2023年1月,依照随机抽签法将所有病患设成两组。对照组:常规护理风险管理,观察组:加入安全隐患自查模式。就千预水平、满意度、风险事件情况对两组展开观察。结果观察组专业知识、安全隐患意识等每一项干预水平所对应的分值同对照组相比均更高,P<0.05。观察组基础干预工作、服务态度等每一项满意度评分同对照组相比均更高,P<0.05。观察组总风险事件率是4.88%,而对照组是21.95%,前者更低,P<0.05。结论于手术室干预风险管理中加入安全隐患自查模式,可以将各风险事件降至最低,且能够赢得病患的高度满意,最终的干预质量较佳,值得推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of self inspection mode for safety hazards in risk management of operating room nursing.Method A study was conducted on 82 surgical patients,with a background from December 2021 to January 2023.All patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the method of drawing lots.Control group:routine nursing risk management,observation group:added safety hazard self-examination mode.Observe the level of intervention,satisfaction,and risk events.Results The scores corresponding to each intervention level,such as professional knowledge and safety hazard awareness,were higher in the observation group compared to the control group,P<0.05.The satisfaction scores for basic intervention work and service atitude in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with P<0.05.The total risk event rate in the observation group was 4.88%,while the control group was 21.95%,with the former being lower,P<0.05.Conclusion Adding a safety hazard self-examination model to the risk management of intervention in the operating room can minimize various risk events and win high satisfaction from patients.The final intervention quality is better and should be further respected.
