摘要
本文采用顶空-气相色谱/质谱联用法,对固化剂中的挥发性有机组分进行定性和定量分析,优化了顶空进样器的加热平衡温度及时间。结果显示,最佳实验条件为:加热平衡温度85℃,平衡时间40min,传输线的最佳温度为95℃。在该条件下,取样量为5g时,各组分的标准工作曲线的线性良好,相关系数R2均大于0.9991,方法的精密度(RSD)为1.25%~3.24%,准确度为92.1%~102.8%。该方法的前处理操作简单快速,精密度好,测定结果准确,可为化工产品中挥发性有机组分的测定提供技术支持。
Headspace gas chromatography/mass spectrometry was used to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze volatile organic compounds in curing agents,the heating equilibrium temperature and time of the headspace sampler were optimized.The optimal experimental conditions were:the heating equilibrium temperature was 85℃,equilibrium time was 40 min,the optimal transmission line temperature was 95℃.Under these conditions,when the sampling amount was about 5g,the standard working curves of each component showed good linearity,and the correlation coefficient R2 was greater than 0.9991.The precision(RSD)of the method was 1.25%~3.24%,the accuracy was 92.1%~102.8%.
