摘要
粤北民族地区高职教育通过积极开展科技助农、加强产教融合、多举措开展社会培训工作等方法已在助力乡村振兴战略上取得一定成绩,但现阶段高职教育助力乡村振兴的过程中仍存在产教融合程度不深、缺乏社会吸引力与认同感及毕业生留在本地就业情况不容乐观的问题。对此,应建立产教融合深度发展机制、完善高职教育人才培养体系、增强高职院校办学文化建设,更好地发挥粤北民族地区高职教育助力乡村振兴战略的作用。
By actively developing science and technology to help farmers,strengthening production integration,adopting more measures to carry out social training method,ethnic minority areas in north Guangdong have made certain achievements.But at present,the integration degree of higher vocational education in rural revitalization is not deep,and the integration lacks social attraction and identity;the local employment situation is not optimistic for the graduates.In this regard,we should establish an in-depth development mechanism of industry-education integration to improve the talent training system of higher vocational education,to enhance the cultural construction of higher vocational colleges,and to give better play to the role of higher vocational education in helping the rural revitalization strategy in the ethnic minority areas of northern Guangdong.
