Non-Inductive Payment Method for Highway Network Toll Based on Internet of Vehicles

摘要 利用车联网在道路与交通方面的全面感知以及协同能力,研究基于车联网的公路联网收费无感支付方法,减少公路拥堵现象,提高道路通行能力。将传感器采集的车辆有效数据传输至车载数据采集终端,车载数据采集终端在车辆行驶过程中,通过内置定位与通信模块将接收到的信息经无线通信网络传输至无感支付中心,其中无线通信网络基于分流优化选择机制,保证网络稳定传输,避免信息传输卡顿,无感支付中心将获得的车辆数据信息与公路道路节点匹配,判断车辆在公路上的行驶路段,实现路径识别与清分,客户通过云服务器获取费用明细,借助Android移动终端完成第三方无感支付。实验结果表明:上述方法可节省车辆通过公路收费口时间,提高车辆通行的效率,减少收费口交通堵塞;降低网络死链出现概率,提升网络通信稳定性能;且不同交通密度下,均具有较高上传带宽,极少出现网络瘫痪状态。 Based on the comprehensive perception and collaborative capacity of the Internet of Vehicles in road and traffic,this article presented a method of non-inductive payment for highway networked toll collection based on the Internet of Vehicles to reduce road congestion and improve traffic capacity.Firstly,the valid data of the vehicle collected by sensors was transmitted to the data acquisition terminal of the vehicle.In the process of driving,the data acquisition terminal transmitted the received information from the wireless communication network to the non-inductive payment center through the built-in positioning and communication module.The wireless communication network was based on the split-flow optimization selection mechanism,so it ensured stable transmission and avoid transmission lags.Moreover,the non-inductive payment center matched the vehicle data with road nodes and judged the driving route of the vehicle,so that path identification and route clearing were achieved.After that,customers would get the expense details through the cloud server,thus completing the third-party non-inductive payment with the help of Android mobile terminals.Experimental results prove that the proposed method can save the time of vehicles passing through the toll gate,improve traffic efficiency and reduce the traffic jam at the toll gate.In addition,this method reduces the probability of network dead links and improves the stability of network communication.Under different traffic densities,the method has high upload bandwidth and rarely appears network paralysis.
